Residential Assignments
There are four residential assignments in the HCS program.
Foster/Companion Care – this service is rendered in the residence of a foster care provider or with a companion care provider.
Residential Support – this service is rendered to individuals in a residential group home setting. This service is for individuals that require residential placement and staff is not able to sleep.
Supervised Living – this service is rendered to individuals in a residential group home setting. This service renders around-the-clock care; however, the staff is able to sleep at night.
Supported Home Living – this service is rendered in the individual’s own home or family home.
