Our TxHmL program, supervised by our dedicated staff, provides selected essential services and supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their family homes or their own homes. We help your loved ones live the life they deserve through the following services:

Texas Health and Human Services identify TxHmL as a program intended to supplement rather than replace services received from other programs, such as Texas Health Steps, or from natural supports, including families, neighbors, or community organizations.
Through our aid, we can provide our clients with personal assistance services, as well as habilitation or emergency response services through the Community First Choice (CFC) program. Our healthcare agency works with this in mind to provide you and your loved one with a dependable and affordable way to receive high-quality care.
